Microsoft has confirmed the first set of games joining Xbox Game Pass in 2024, including one of the best horror games of all time.
While the announcement that GTA 5 and two Persona games are leaving Xbox Game Pass this month may have stung, Microsoft has made up for it somewhat by announcing that 2019’s phenomenal remake of Resident Evil 2 is joining the Xbox Game Pass January 2024 lineup. The remake of the 1998 PS1 classic reimagines the scenario of the original while updating it to play more like later Resident Evil titles. The game is widely regarded as one of the best horror games of all time, picking up multiple game of the year nominations.
Also joining Xbox Game Pass this slot server thailand super gacor month is Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, which is – at the time of writing – the final RPG-style instalment in the series. However, those looking for something that’s actually fun instead will want to take a look at Super Mega Baseball 4, which is a whacky take on the sport. The series has quietly been filling the hole that Mario Super Sluggers left all those years ago, and is well worth a go even if you don’t care for baseball.
These games will remain on Xbox Game Pass for the foreseeable future, with most games sticking around for a year on the subscription. There will be a second batch of titles announced for this month around the time of the last announced game releasing onto Xbox Game Pass. Earlier this month the Xbox App mistakenly sent out a notification announcing Baldur’s Gate 1 and 2 coming to Xbox Game Pass (lewat Dexerto ) so we’d expect those to be a part of that batch. Just don’t expect Baldur’s Gate 3 on Game Pass any time soon.
