Entertainment America announced on Wednesday, March 8 2023 that the game Sword Art Online: Last Recollection which is an action role playing game (RPG) genre will be launched in western countries for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam on October 6, 2023. Sword Art Online: Last Recollection will be released first in Japan on October 5, 2023. Bandai company Namco Entertainment America has released a trailer of Sword Art Online: Last Recollection previewing the song the theme of the game entitled “VITA” was performed by ReoNa.
ReoNa’s YouTube channel streamed the full version of the game’s Sword Art Online: Last Recollection theme song and the video trailer as well.
Sword Art Online: Last Recollection will tell its own version of the slot 777 War of Underworld arc, different from the light novel series or the original anime series. Bandai Namco Entertainment staff promised that the game will feature many characters from the Sword Art Online franchise and several episodes of the story. ReoNa returned to participate in the Sword Art Online franchise: Last Recollection to perform the game’s theme song, after previously performing her songs too.
